The companies featured on the Nano Cap Podcast are publicly traded nano cap and micro cap businesses. By definition, these are small, lower-liquidity securities that carry significantly elevated risk — including the risk of total loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Will Tjernlund, the host, may or may not hold positions in companies featured on the show. Any positions are personal and are not disclosed as recommendations. Guests on the show are advocating for their own companies and have an obvious interest in presenting their businesses favorably; their statements are their own and should be treated accordingly.

2. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and collect as little information as possible.
What we collect
- Newsletter signups: if you submit your email address to the newsletter form, it is sent to our email service provider and used solely to send you the Nano Cap Podcast newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
- Pitch and sponsorship inquiries: if you submit a form or send us an email, we receive the information you provide. We use it only to respond to your inquiry.
- Basic analytics: we use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to count aggregate page views. We do not use cookies, do not track individuals across sites, do not sell or share data, and do not build profiles. We do not have a Facebook pixel, a Google Ads pixel, or any third-party advertising tracker on the site.
- Server logs: our hosting provider may log standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention. We do not access or use these logs for tracking.
What we do not collect
- We do not use advertising or social-media tracking cookies.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
- We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
Your rights
You may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by emailing will@nanocappod.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Third parties
The site links to external services such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. The site is hosted by a third-party provider, and the RSS feed is hosted by Riverside.fm. Our episode artwork and certain images may be served from third-party CDNs.

We make a good-faith effort to present accurate information, but we make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of anything on this site or in any episode. Guests' statements are their own. Always verify information independently before relying on it.
